A hotel was raided today in Mogadishu, Somalia, as gunmen raided it after detonating a car bomb
outside the building, killing at least six people and sparking a gun-battle with security forces.The attack on the hotel, Makka Al Mukarama, left people in chaos and popular Islamist militant group, Al-Shabaab, have claimed responsibility the attack, through one of their spokesman, Sheikh Abdiaziz Abu Musab,who said "the group's fighters were conducting an operation against what he said are spies and government officials."
